I received a parking violation that I shouldn’t have.
If you received a parking violation that you feel you should not have received, please email us directly at contact@airgarage.com with a photo of the violation, your license plate number and your phone number. Once the error has been confirmed, we will remove the violation from your account.

I want to pay my parking violation.
To pay a parking violation, please scan the QR code on the paper violation notice to visit the Violation Payment Page.
If you have misplaced the paper violation notice, please visit airgarage.com/park/violation, which will bring you to the same Violation Payment Page.
Once on the Violation Payment Page, enter your phone number, license plate, State/Province, and payment information.
Press the orange “PAY FINE NOW” button.

My vehicle was towed.
AirGarage partners with local tow companies in order to remove abandoned or illegally parked vehicles from our properties. If your vehicle was towed, please locate the signs at the property with information about the local tow operator. Once your vehicle leaves an AirGarage property, we are unable to offer refunds or the return of your vehicle and any questions or concerns should be directed to the towing company.

My vehicle was immobilized.
If your vehicle was immobilized with a Tire Tag device at an AirGarage property please follow the below steps in order to remove the Tire Tag:
Pay your fine through the Tire Tag online platform by visiting this link: Tire Tag Payment.
If you can not access the online payment portal, you can also pay by calling (877) 384-3824. Please be advised that Tire Tag will charge you an additional $10 administrative fee if you choose this option.
