AirGarage only charges you for the exact amount of time that you park, subject to a one hour minimum. In order for AirGarage to prorate your rental down to the minute, drivers must remember to end their own rentals.
If you forgot to end your rental and were charged too much, please contact us with your license plate number, your phone number and your estimated time of departure from the parking facility.
Read moreIf you are parking at either La Mirage or Wilshire Garage, you will need a remote for access. If you are paying for monthly parking at a facility that has a security gate that requires remote access, AirGarage will ship the remote to your address within 2-4 business days.
Note: Only one remote is shipped per vehicle. The first remote will be provided for free, the fee for a replacement or additional remote is $50.

Some businesses partner with AirGarage to provide discounted parking to their customers. If you receive a discount code from one of these businesses, you can enter the discount code before you start your rental or at any time while you have an active hourly rental.

In order to prevent drivers from being towed or immobilized, AirGarage will auto-start a rental for you if your license plate is scanned by our enforcement team at one of our parking facilities and you did not start a rental for your vehicle on your own.
Auto-started rentals will be charged the daily maximum rate of the parking facility, and will sometimes include an additional convenience fee.

AirGarage parking facilities do not offer in and out privileges for hourly or flat rate rentals. Multi-day and monthly parking customers do have in and out privileges for the duration of their reservation.
AirGarage parking facilities owned by Churches, Hotels, and some other businesses sometimes offer validated parking for their visitors.
If you are at a parking facility that offers validation, and you believe you are eligible for free parking, text your license plate number to the phone number on the top half of the signs at the parking facility.

AirGarage rentals are based on calendar days, not a rolling 24-hour basis. All hourly, flat rate, and multi-day rentals auto-end overnight.
If you plan to park overnight in a location that does not offer multi-day parking, you will need to start a new rental for each day that your vehicle stays at the parking facility.
