I need to update or change my payment method.


  • Monthly Parkers:

    • Visit dashboard.airgarage.com and log in with the e-mail address that you initially signed up with. You will receive a confirmation code to your e-mail in order to log in.

    • Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Update Payment Information”.

    • Enter your new payment information and select “Update”.

  • App Users:

    • Prior to starting a rental:

      • Select a location where you’d like to park, then select the “Billing Card” option.

      • Select “Add new credit card

      • Add your new card information and select “Add Card”.

      • Confirm your new card is set as your default payment method.

    • For an active hourly rental:

      • Open your active rental. If you cannot find your active rental, open the menu bar by clicking on the icon with three lines in the top left corner, then select “Active Rental”.

      • Click on the arrow in the "Payment" section.

        • If your preferred payment method has already been added to your account, select it by pressing the “Set as default” button.

        • If your preferred payment method has not yet been added to your account, press the orange “+ Add new credit card” button, then enter your payment information and select the orange “Add card” button. Once you’ve added the new card, press the “Set as default” button.

  • Text to Pay Users:

    • Prior to starting a rental

      • On the Start Rental page, scroll down to the “Secure Payment” section.

      • Select “Add new card

      • Add your new card number, expiration, and 3 digit CVC code.

      • Confirm your license plate information is accurate.

      • Select the yellow “START RENTAL” button.
