In order to prevent drivers from being towed or immobilized, AirGarage will auto-start a rental for you if your license plate is scanned by our enforcement team at one of our parking facilities and you did not start a rental for your vehicle on your own.

Auto-started rentals will be charged the daily maximum rate of the parking facility, and will sometimes include an additional convenience fee.

If you feel that your rental was auto-started in error, please contact us and include your license plate, phone number and any additional information that you think will be helpful so that we can reverse the charge.
