  • I received a parking violation that I shouldn’t have.

    If you received a parking violation that you feel you should not have received, please email us directly at contact@airgarage.com with a photo of the violation, your license plate number and your phone number. Once the error has been confirmed, we will remove the violation from your account.

  • I forgot to end my parking rental.

    AirGarage only charges you for the exact amount of time that you park, subject to a one hour minimum. In order for AirGarage to prorate your rental down to the minute, drivers must remember to end their own rentals.

    If you forgot to end your rental and were charged too much, please contact us with your license plate number, your phone number and your estimated time of departure from the parking facility.

      • When you started your rental, you should have received a text message with a link that will bring you back to the active rental screen.

      • If you are unable to find this link, open your browser and visit dashboard.airgarage.com, this will open your active rental screen. If your active rental screen does not open, log in with the same phone number you used to pay to park.

    • Text to Pay & Webpay Users:

      • Visit dashboard.airgarage.com and log in using the phone number that you initially started your rental with.

      • Once you’ve logged in, you will be brought to the active rental page, scroll down to the section titled “CAR”.

      • Select the pencil icon on the right side near the license plate you originally entered, then select “EDIT”.

      • Once the update screen opens, enter your new license plate information. Select “UPDATE” once you are finished.

  • I need to update or change my payment method.
    • Monthly Parkers:

      • Visit dashboard.airgarage.com and log in with the e-mail address that you initially signed up with. You will receive a confirmation code to your e-mail in order to log in.

      • Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Update Payment Information”.

      • Enter your new payment information and select “Update”.

    • App Users:

      • Prior to starting a rental:

        • Select the three lines at the top left

        • Select “Account

        • Then select “Edit Payment Method” and update information …

  • Why was my rental auto-started? What is a convenience fee?

    In order to prevent drivers from being towed or immobilized, AirGarage will auto-start a rental for you if your license plate is scanned by our enforcement team at one of our parking facilities and you did not start a rental for your vehicle on your own.

    Auto-started rentals will be charged the daily maximum rate of the parking facility, and will sometimes include an additional convenience fee.

    • Multi-day parking is an option at select AirGarage parking facilities. To see if the location you’d like to park in is eligible for multi-day parking, please text “Pay” to the phone number on the signs at the parking facility.
